apricot sweet and hot sauce
Apricot Jam Hot Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Chili paste
  • 1 Tbsp LunaGrown Apricot Jam
  • 1 1/2 tsp corn starch
  1. Measure ingredients into a mixing cup and stir until all are well blended and sugar is dissolved. Make sure there are no lumps.
  2. Pour mixture into a sauce pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Toss with stir fry, use as glaze or pour over warmed vegetables or dessert

This recipe can be easily doubled or made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator for up to a week.
